Hi, I’m Trish.
I am an executive advisor and leadership strategist who works with CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs and high-performing women navigating growth, complexity and change.
My approach is shaped by both professional experience and personal perspective. As a first-generation immigrant and single mother, I built my career while raising my son, strengthening my belief in resilience, possibility and intentional growth.
Over more than two decades in the luxury real estate industry, I have helped leaders and entrepreneurs build successful businesses, strong organizational cultures and lasting impact.
As a cancer survivor, I bring a perspective that shapes every aspect of my work. I believe success is measured not only by achievement, but by building a life and leadership that are aligned, meaningful and fully lived.
